Bergamot oil originates from a citrus tree grown in Calabria, France and West Africa. The essence is extracted from the fruit's rind. It is used in perfumery as it combines well with almost all floral oils such as lavender, geranium, and jasmine.

This is a pleasant citrusy scent that has end notes of flowers. It also has a touch of herb. Earthy and spring like, it invokes being out in an open field on a pretty Spring day.
